Harford Mall Update: Derby Place and Whole Foods

In this video, I show the old Macy's at Harford Mall being torn down. Derby Place is going in its place. The plan has a Whole Foods of about 35,000 square feet, a Shake Shack, more places to eat and shop, and 249 apartments. The first stores are set for spring 2028.
