Bel Air has the most Veterans Day deals in Harford County. On Wed., Nov. 11, 2026, veterans can eat free at Chili's and Red Robin, get a free Bloomin' Onion at Outback, and get a free haircut at Sport Clips. American Legion Post 39 holds a ceremony that morning. Call the post for the time.

Veterans Day is Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2026. Every deal below comes from the business's own 2026 page. Most say "participating locations," so call before you go and bring proof of service.

Good to know

Bring proof. A military ID, VA card, DD214, or a photo of you in uniform works at most places.
Dine in. Almost every free meal is dine-in only and for the person who served.
Go early or late. Lunch and dinner rushes get long on Veterans Day.
What's closed: Harford County public schools, all county library branches and post offices are closed Nov. 11.

My take

Bel Air makes Veterans Day easy. Start at the Post 39 ceremony, then take the veteran in your life to lunch on Baltimore Pike. Outback runs its deal on Nov. 10 too, so you can split it over two days.
