Rocky's on Main is a hand-picked antique shop at 106 N. Main St. in downtown Bel Air. It opened Aug. 21, 2026, and it mixes antiques and vintage finds with goods from local makers.

What is Rocky's on Main?
Its full name is Rocky's on Main Mercantile & Antiques. Owner Michael Stafford has spent decades as a picker. Now he has a shop.
Here's what makes it different. It's not a store with stuff piled to the ceiling. He hand-picks items in good shape and sets them out with care. He told WMAR he wants it to look cool and still have prices people can afford.
And you're welcome to hang out. There are couches. Sit down and talk shop.
Who is Rocky?
Rocky was a chocolate lab. Michael and his wife, Tammi, had him for about 12 years. The shop is named for him. Great name. Even better story.
What can you find at Rocky's on Main?
The stock changes all the time. When I filmed, I saw:
- Baseball cards
- Disney and Pinocchio items
- Old hat boxes and hats
- Boots
- Typewriters
- Bar items for the old-fashioned drinker
Lately the shop's Facebook page has shown a pie safe, a farm table and bourbon pieces. The mix covers sports, pop culture, history and well-known brands.
Tammi adds crafts and products from local artists. So you get old and new in one stop.

Where is Rocky's on Main?
It's at 106 N. Main St., Bel Air, MD 21014. That's right in downtown Bel Air. Property records list the building as built in 1900.
