Best Online Holiday Sales 2026 for Harford County Shoppers

by Josh Tessier

Black Friday 2026 is Friday, Nov. 27. Cyber Monday is Monday, Nov. 30. Small Business Saturday sits right between them on Nov. 28. But the big stores are not waiting. Target, Walmart and Best Buy already posted their 2026 sale calendars, and some deals start the first week of November.

Here's every date the stores themselves announced, plus how to grab your order at a Harford County store so you skip the shipping wait.

When is Black Friday 2026?

Black Friday is always the day after Thanksgiving. This year that's Friday, Nov. 27, 2026. Cyber Monday is Monday, Nov. 30, 2026. Thanksgiving is Thursday, Nov. 26.

What is Small Business Saturday 2026?

Small Business Saturday is Saturday, Nov. 28, 2026. The U.S. Small Business Administration backs it with American Express.

Here's my pitch. Do your big-box deals on Friday and Monday. Then spend Saturday on Main Street. Downtown Bel Air is running Small Business Saturday all day on Nov. 28. It's free, and the shops are on Main, Bond and the cross streets.

Want a shop list? I made two:

How do you get the most out of the sales?

Keep it simple:

Make your list now. Know what you want before Nov. 5.
Check the store sites. Target, Walmart and Best Buy each post their deals online.
Pick store pickup. You skip shipping and get it the same week. Bel Air has both a Target and a Best Buy.
Watch the Friday drops. Best Buy adds new deals every Friday starting Nov. 6.
Save Saturday for local. Nov. 28 is your Main Street day.
